Terms and order information

Logged Back is run by Bar Volovski. Contact: hello@loggedback.com.

Every piece is made to order from the character you designed. The pictures in the shop and your bag are previews: colours, finish and size can differ slightly on the real piece. A figure is made only from a 3D model you approved; a generated picture alone is not a manufacturing file.

By ordering you confirm you may use the names and text you added, and that they aren’t offensive or someone else’s trademark. We may refuse or cancel an order whose design we can’t make, with a full refund.

Prices are shown in US dollars (US and Canada) or euros (EU) and include shipping. They don’t include any sales tax, VAT, duties or import charges your country may add.

Payment is taken by Wix Payments on its own secure page (card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay); Logged Back never sees your card number. The charge is in US dollars: for euro prices the bag shows the amount at the day’s European Central Bank rate before you pay, and your bank may add a conversion fee.

The contract is made when your payment succeeds and the confirmation page shows your order number.

Each piece is produced after you order. The product page and your bag show an estimated arrival window for your region; the order page shows progress and tracking once a parcel ships. Pieces can arrive in separate parcels.

You can cancel for a full refund until production starts; contact us with your order number. Because each piece is personalised to your design, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal doesn’t apply once it is made (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo: we replace it or refund you. This doesn’t limit your legal rights, including the two-year legal guarantee of conformity in the EU.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian order for you.

Logged Back is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nexon. MapleStory and related names, characters and artwork belong to Nexon and their respective owners.

These terms don’t take away the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in.
