Who is responsible
Logged Back is run by Bar Volovski. Contact: hello@loggedback.com. You can also use the contact form for any privacy question or request.
Stored in your browser
Needed for the shop: your draft character, your saved characters and their private editing keys, your bag, your region and sound setting, order links, and your privacy choice. Clearing browser storage removes them, including the ability to edit your characters (make a backup on Your characters first).
Only with your agreement: an analytics visitor id and where your visit came from (for example an ad or newsletter link). Visitors in the US and Canada have these on by default and can turn them off; everyone else is asked first. . No cookies are used and nothing is shared with advertisers.
What we keep, and why
Characters: the choices, name and generated artwork of characters you save, so you can come back to them and order them. Anyone with a character’s share link can see it.
Orders (once checkout opens): your name, e-mail, phone, delivery address, gift details (recipient name, phone and message), the pieces and amounts, and where the visit came from. We need these to make, ship and support the order, and keep them as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Launch list: your e-mail, where you signed up, your region, the date and the wording you agreed to. We keep it until you unsubscribe with the link in any e-mail or ask us.
Messages and desk photos: what you send through the contact form, and photos you upload with your choice about the public gallery.
Abuse limits: a salted hash of your IP address (never the address itself) counts sign-ups, messages, checkouts and AI generations per visitor.
We use this data to run the shop, keep it safe and, where you agreed, improve it. We don’t sell it.
Who processes it for us
Base44 hosts the app and its data. Wix Payments takes the payment and receives your name, e-mail, phone, the billing address you enter on its page and your card details. OpenAI turns your character into artwork (it receives the character image and name, never your contact details). The creator loads classic item icons from maplestory.io, which sees the request. Once orders open: Meshy prepares 3D models, Merchize, Printify and Shapeways make and ship pieces (they receive the artwork and the delivery name, address and phone), and an e-mail provider sends order and launch-list e-mails.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where EU or UK data is transferred, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. In the EU and UK you can also restrict or object to processing, take your data elsewhere, and complain to your data protection authority. In California you can know, delete and correct your information; we don’t sell or share it for advertising. In Canada you can access and correct it and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Logged Back isn’t meant for children under 13, and the launch list is for adults (18+).
